NHG Health is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) through the contracting agent, ALPS Pte Ltd. The event will open on 17 September 2026, Thursday and close on 7 October 2026, Wednesday 3.00pm (Singapore Time). Suppliers who wish to participate may click ‘Respond to Posting’ once the event opens and submit their proposals before the event closes. Background of RFP Provision of staff support in the form of a common Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) and the required counselling services to NHG employees at Group Office (includes NHG Residents, Programme Directors, Associate PDs and Core Clinical Faculty, and staff in NHG Group Office) as well as NHG employees at TTSH, NCID, KTPH, YCH, AdMC, WH, PopHealth (includes staff in PopHealth Corporate Office, NHG Polyclinics, NHG Diagnostics and NHG Pharmacy), IMH and NSC. RFP Briefing An RFP Briefing will be conducted via Microsoft Teams on 23 September, 10am. Interested suppliers should register for RFP Briefing at least one day before the briefing date. Clarifications of RFP All clarification should be submitted via email. Clarifications sent through other channels, such as Ariba Discovery Q&A or Event Messages, may result in suppliers not receiving response in time for submission of proposal before event closing date and time. Submission of Proposal All proposals must be submitted through Ariba Sourcing by clicking “Submit Entire Response”. Any proposal submitted through other channels, such as Ariba Discovery Q&A or Event Messages, etc. may result in disqualification at the discretion of NHG Health.
