Singapore Health Services Pte Ltd (SingHealth) is calling an; INVITATION TO QUOTE (ITQ) FOR SUPPLY, DELIVER AND INSTALLATION OF LABORATORY GRADE FURNITURE FOR HISTOPATHOLOGY LABORATORY AT ACADEMIA LEVEL 10. Publication date : 18 Sep 2026 Closing Date : 2 Oct 2026, 3:00 pm sharp (Singapore Time). (There will be no site show-round.) You may refer to Singhealth GPO website for more information: HTTPS://www.singhealth.com.sg/AboutSingHealth/GroupProcurement/BusinesswithGPO/eProcurement/Pages/Home.aspx Background ITQ Description : The invitation to quote seeks to procure good-quality laboratory grade furniture for Singhealth Histopathology Laboratory at The Academia Level 10. Eligibility Criteria : Interested participating Company are required to meet the following criteria: a) Must be a Singapore (Local) registered company with local addressed office. b) Completed and returned the signed Non-Disclosure Understanding (NDU); c) Acknowledgement of receipt of corrigendum (if any). INTEREST TO PARTICIPATE Interested Vendors are to upload a signed undertaking for Non-Disclosure (NDU) via this ITQ Airba eProcurement Event. Upon the receipt of the (NDU), Vendors would get access to the ITQ Document for their onward submission. Vendors are requested to provide their name, address, and telephone and fax numbers and e-mail addresses of its contact person or persons for the purpose of correspondence. Submission of Proposal Ariba e-Procurement Submission : Vendor is to complete, submit and attach the complete set of documents through Ariba eProcurement System - Sourcing Event Online (including all supporting brochures, catalogues, drawings, or photographs of proposal) by the stipulated date and time. Failure to do as instructed will be disqualified. For example, submitting Proposal via other channels, such as Ariba Discovery Q&A or Message Board, emails etc will result in disqualification at the discretion of SingHealth. In the event of price discrepancies between the electronic submissions and the scanned uploaded documents, the electronic submissions shall take precedence. CLARIFICATIONS & QUERIES We may request such further information as we consider necessary or relevant from or about you for the purposes of clarifying or evaluating your proposal, in which case you must supply that information within 3 working days of such request. Vendors must specifically identify any discrepancies in the ITQ Documents prior to the submission of the ITQ Proposal, and SingHealth may at its discretion make whatever amendments to the ITQ Documents so long as no ITQ Proposal or any part thereof has yet to be accepted. Vendor shall promptly acknowledge receipt of any corrigendum to SingHealth in writing. Vendor who does not acknowledge receipt of any corrigendum will not be permitted to submit ITQ proposal. Any questions or comments regarding this ITQ, please direct these to the SingHealth Representative via email. Clarification provided to one Vendor may, where relevant, be forwarded to all the other Vendors to whom this ITQ has been issued.
