Agency for Integrated Care Pte Ltd (AIC) would like to invite your company to quote for the provision of consultancy services, which covers the design, contextualization, development and delivery of a 360-degree leadership feedback tool to (1) evaluate the leadership effectiveness across all leadership levels and (2) provide insights into their leadership strengths and development areas to determine interventions that will help to bridge leadership competency gaps. At the end of the 360-degree feedback exercise, the appointed Vendor shall produce well-documented individual and group analysis reports, recommended development plan for each leader participant, and recommended group development plan.
