The ITQ Closing Date and Time is 30 Sept 2026 , 2330 Hours (Singapore Time) . The ITQ Proposal shall be submitted through Ariba e-Procurement System no later than 2300Hours, Wednesday, 30 Aug 2026 . Hard copy submission through other channels will not be accepted. 4.
