Submission of ITQ proposal All proposals must be submitted through Ariba sourcing event by clicking ‘Submit Entire Response’. The ITQ Proposal shall be submitted through Ariba e-Procurement System no later than 2300Hours, Wednesday, 30 Sept 2026 . Hard copy submission through other channels will not be accepted. 4.
