Background of RFP Ng Teng Fong General Hospital is inviting suppliers to submit for a 30-MONTHS CONTRACT FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF TRIPLE-LUMEN EXTENSION SETS WITH NON-RETURN VALVES FOR TOTAL INTRAVENOUS ANAESTHESIA (TIVA) FOR THE NTFGH OPERATING THEATRE DEPARTMENT. To participate in this RFP, all Critical Criteria below needs to be fulfilled. a) Supplier is not debarred by the NUHS Group b) Products must be fully registered and approved for sale in Singapore by the Health Sciences Authority (HSA). c) Products must fully comply with specification indicated in Section 3 – Requirements d) Samples must be submitted for evaluation. Failure to provide the required samples within the stipulated or reasonable lead time will result in disqualification from the evaluation process.
