Posting summary Singapore Health Services Pte Ltd is calling this Request for Proposal (RFP) OPEN RFP26009_SGH_FME_26_ R53852 _REPLACEMENT OF AIR HANDLING UNIT AHU40101 AND AHU60204 AT SINGAPORE GENERAL HOSPITAL through the contracting agent, ALPS Pte. Ltd, on 25 SEP 2026. The RFP Closing Date and Time is 23 OCT 2026 , 1500 hours (Singapore Time) . Clarifications of RFP Suppliers are to send all clarifications to project owners’ business email as indicated in Section 1 of sourcing event. Clarifications sent through other channels, such as Ariba Discovery Q&A or Event Messages, may result in suppliers not receiving the response in time for submission of proposal before the closing date and time. In order to ensure a fair and open competition, SGH shall provide copies of all questions and any answers to all bidders. We will do our best to make sure that no specific question is attributable to a specific bidder, but we cannot guarantee that the originator of any question will not be able to be determined from the contents of the question. All questions must reach SGH via email by 14 October 2026 . SGH intends to answer all questions no later than 21 October 2026 . 3. Submission of RFP proposal All proposals must be submitted through Ariba sourcing event by clicking ‘Submit Entire Response’. Failure to submit the documents as instructed may render the submission invalid. Any proposal submitted through other channels, such as SELLER’S RESPONSES, ARIBA DISCOVERY Q&A OR EVENT MESSAGES, etc. may result in disqualification at the discretion of SingHealth. 5.
