Description Agency for Integrated Care Pte Ltd (“AIC”), a healthcare agency in the intermediate and long-term care sector, would like to invite your company to quote for the provision of Silver Generation Ambassadors (SGA) Enrichment Courses. Please see Part A of this ITQ for details. Posting Summary The event will open on 25 Sep 2026 and close on 5 Oct 2026 at 5:00pm (Singapore Time) . Mandatory / Eligibility Criteria The Vendor shall comply with the following mandatory requirements: (a) Vendors must not currently be debarred from participating in AIC’s procurement. Proposals submitted by vendors who are being debarred on or after the closing date shall be rejected. Vendors shall, upon submission of a proposal, be deemed to have declared that they satisfy this requirement. (b) Vendors must not be currently facing disciplinary action or winding up or under judicial management. (c) All trainers are to have Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) qualification. Clarifications shall not be sent through other channels, such as Ariba Discovery Q&A or Event Messages as this will result in suppliers not receiving response. Any clarifications must be submitted officially using the “Template for ITQ clarifications by Vendor” via email to AIC latest by 30 Sep 2026 before 5:00pm . Any queries after this date will not be entertained. Submission of Proposal All proposals must be submitted through Ariba Sourcing by clicking “Submit Entire Response”. Any proposal submitted through other channels, such as Ariba Discovery Q&A or Event Messages, etc. may result in disqualification at the discretion of AIC.
