ALPS Pte Ltd (ALPS) is calling this Invitation to Quote (ITQ) sourcing event on behalf of SingHealth Community Hospitals (SCH). SCH oversees the management of two Community Hospitals under SingHealth cluster: (1) Outram Community Hospital (OCH) (2) Sengkang Community Hospital (SKCH) The event opening date is on 29 th September and closing date and time is on 7 th October 2026, 3:00 pm (Singapore Time) . Background of ITQ This ITQ is for the Supply and Delivery of Forearm Rollator and Bariatric Forearm Rollator for SingHealth Community Hospital (SCH). SingHealth Community Hospitals (SCH) is seeking to procure Forearm Rollators for Outram Community Hospital (OCH) and Bariatric Forearm Rollators for Sengkang Community Hospital (SKCH) to support safe and effective ambulation for patients across both institutions. The equipment should be designed to improve walking ability, balance and endurance, enabling patients to mobilise independently or with minimal assistance across inpatient wards, rehabilitation gyms and outpatient settings. The Bariatric Forearm Rollator should additionally be designed to support obese and bariatric patients with a safe working load of above 300 kg.
