For clarification regarding this Sourcing Event, it shall be submitted in writing to procurement officer listed under " Clarifications " All clarifications sent concerning this Sourcing Event should have the subject “TTSH_ITQ_R611637 - Supply, delivery, installation, calibration, testing and commissioning of 2 units of Automated Lensometer for Clinic 1A " In order to ensure a fair and open competition, ALPS shall provide copies of all clarifications and any responses to all vendors. We will do our best to make sure that no specific clarification is attributable to a specific vendor, but we cannot guarantee that the originator of any clarification will not be identifiable from the contents of the clarification.
