Background of RFP This Request for Proposal (RFP) refences numbers NUHS.C-AH-P-26-0006 seeks to appoint a service provider for the provision of Basic Care Assistant (BCA) manpower services across NUHS institutions, namely NUH, AH, NTFGH and JCH. The procurement supports the projected BCA manpower requirements across the NUHS cluster and aligns with ongoing nursing workforce transformation initiatives. The contract period is 2 years and 3 months , from 1 January 2027 to 31 March 2029 .
