HHOM Pte Ltd (“HHOM”) is inviting suppliers to submit proposals for Request for Proposal (RFP) for Provision of Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) Services for 2 Vanguard Care Homes for a period of three years with an option to extend another two years. The event opening date and time is 14 Oct 2026, 9:00am (Singapore Time) and closing date and time is 25 Nov 2026, 5:00pm (Singapore Time). Please take note of the following critical dates for this RFP: 1) RFP Briefing cum site show round is on 21 Oct 2026 Details of the RFP Briefing cum site show round (which can be found in the publishing notice) will only be released to Participating Vendor who is agreeable to be bound by the terms of the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). 2) RFP Clarification Closing date is on 20 Nov 2026 Please login to your Ariba supplier account to view the event and for details of the contact person to seek clarifications. Clarifications sent through other channels, such as Ariba Discovery Q&A or Event Messages, will not be entertained. 3) RFP Closing date is on 25 Nov 2026, cut-off time is at 1700 hrs (SG Time) sharp. All proposals must be submitted through Ariba Sourcing by clicking “Submit Entire Response”.
