REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR AUDIO VIDEO CYCLICAL MAINTENANCE OF ROOFTOP STUDIOS AT NATIONAL GALLERY SINGAPORE. National Gallery Singapore ("The Gallery") invites Vendor Proposal for AUDIO VIDEO CYCLICAL MAINTENANCE OF ROOFTOP STUDIOS. Vendors are required to submit the names of their representatives by 4 p.m. on 23rd October 2026 (Friday). The RFP documents will only be released via email to Vendors who have attended the Compulsory Site Recce on the 26 October 2026 & Signed the NDA on - site. SCOPE OF WORK  The scope of work includes the following:  Replacement of the existing AV system in Rooftop Studios 1 to 4.  Infrastructure works to remove the existing ceiling-mounted speakers.  Make good and reinstate the ceiling following the removal of the existing speakers and associated works.  Installation of new wall-mounted speakers at the designated corners of each studio.  Replace with new cables for all newly installed AV equipment, including the removal of existing cabling where required.
