The event will be opened on 20 Oct 2026, by/after 3:00pm (Singapore Time) and closed on 17 Nov 2026, at 3.00pm (Singapore Time). For suppliers with interest to participate, please click “Respond to Posting” after event is opened and submit proposal before event is closed. NOTE: We strongly recommend Suppliers to register using Company’s generic email address. Any person who needs to receive notification about this sourcing event must have access to this generic address mailbox. For example, sales(at)test-supplier.com.sg instead of their individual business email address such as peter(a)test-supplier.com.sg. Background of the RFP Provision of Lettershop and Postage Services Clarifications of RFP Suppliers are to send all clarifications to Buyers’ business email (karin.ang.g.c(a)alpshealthcare.com.sg and priscilla.wee.z.x(a)alpshealthcare.com.sg). Clarifications sent through other channels, such as Ariba Discovery Q&A or Event Messages, may result in Suppliers not receiving the response in time for submission of proposal before the closing date and time. Submission of RFP Proposal All proposals must be submitted through the Sourcing Event by clicking ‘Submit Entire Response’. Any proposal submitted through other channels, such as Ariba Discovery Q&A or Event Message may result in disqualification at the discretion of SingHealth.
