The Consultant Team shall comprise Architectural (AR), Mechanical & Electrical (M&E), Civil & Structural (C&S), and Quantity Surveying disciplines, all of which must be registered under the BCA Public Sector Panels of Consultants (PSPC) at Panel 3 or above. b. The Consultant Team shall comprise Qualified Person (QP) with registered relevant local professional boards - Professional Engineers Board (PEB) or other applicable regulatory authorities c. The Consultant Team has attended the compulsory ITQ briefing & Site Show-Round. 2. We strongly recommend vendors to register using company’s generic email address.
