NHGP-RFP-FY26-056 ALPS-NHGP, is calling this Sourcing Event on 23 October 2026 at 8:30AM (Singapore Time). IMPORTANT NOTE: Eligibility of participation of the sourcing event: a) Participating Vendors must have local presence in Singapore. b) The products offered by Participating Vendors must fulfill the requirements called for in this Sourcing Event. c) The products offered by Participating Vendors must fulfill all the necessary licensing, regulations and/or Standards required for sale and use in Singapore. E.g. if classified as a medical device, they must be registered with the Health Science Authority (“HSA”). d) Participating Vendors must submit all documents and information requested for this Sourcing Event. e) Participating Vendors must submit samples (upon request) within stipulated timeline for evaluation. We strongly recommend suppliers to register using company’s generic email address. Any person who needs to receive notification about this event MUST HAVE ACCESS TO THIS GENERIC ADDRESS MAILBOX. Background of the Sourcing Event ALPS-NHGP is inviting vendors to submit proposals for Supply & Delivery of Disposable Spacers and Mouthpieces. Clarifications of Sourcing Event Suppliers are to send all clarifications to Buyers’ business email set out in the Cover Letter by 29 October 2026, 5:00PM (Singapore Time). Clarifications sent through other channels, such as Ariba Discovery Q&A or Event Messages, SHALL result in Suppliers not receiving the response in time for submission of proposal before the closing date and time. Submission of Sourcing Event Proposal All proposals must be submitted through the Sourcing Event by clicking “Submit Entire Response”. Any proposal submitted through other channels, such as Ariba Discovery Q&A or Event Messages, etc. may result in disqualification at the discretion of ALPS and NHGP. Closing of Sourcing Event The Event closing date and time is 16 November 2026 at 3:00pm SHARP (Singapore Time).
