This ITT is called by Agency for Integrated Care Pte Ltd (“AIC”) . The event opening date on 26 Oct 2026 and closing date and time is 20 Nov 2026 at 5:00pm (SGT). Background of ITT This ITT shall call for Participating Vendors to quote for the Provision of full fledge event management services to manage the Two-days Community Care Flagship Event 2027, comprising of Community Care Work Plan Seminar, Presentations for Community Care Manpower Development Award, Community Care Excellence Award, Friends of Community Care Award and Showcase/Exhibition Arena. Eligibility Criteria Vendors shall fulfil the following eligibility criteria: a) Vendors must not currently be debarred from participating in AIC’s procurement. Proposals submitted by vendors who are being debarred on or after the closing date shall be rejected. b) Vendors must be financially healthy to fulfil the project requirements. c) Vendors must not be currently facing disciplinary action or winding up or under judicial management. d) Vendor shall have a minimum of bizSAFE Level 3 certification. Clarifications of ITT Suppliers are to send all clarifications to Buyers’ business email. Clarifications shall not be sent through other channels, such as Ariba Discovery Q&A or Event Messages as this will result in suppliers not receiving response. Any clarifications must be submitted officially via email to AIC latest by 11 Nov 2026 before 5:00pm (SGT). Any queries after this date will not be entertained. Please refer to Conditions of ITT for clarification instruction. Submission of Proposal The proposal submission closing date and time is 20 Nov 2026 at 5:00pm (SGT). All proposals must be submitted through Ariba Sourcing by clicking “Submit Entire Response”. Any proposal submitted through other channels, such as Ariba Discovery Q&A or Event Messages, will result in disqualification.
