Posting Summary AIC currently conducts ACP advocacy training primarily through in-person Train-the-Trainer workshops for community partners. As these sessions require considerable coordination and manpower, there is a need for a more scalable and accessible approach to support consistent delivery of ACP advocacy training across different learner groups. AIC is therefore seeking to develop an interactive e-learning programme that will enable learners to access ACP advocacy training on demand, reinforce key advocacy messages, and support the tracking of participation, completion and learning outcomes through AIC’s Learning Management System.
