REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL NO: RC26MM11 PROVISION OF HOME CARE SERVICES AND MEDICAL ESCORT & TRANSPORT FOR REN CI CLIENTS Ren Ci Hospital (RCH) currently provides Home Care (HC) services including Enhanced Home Personal Care (HPC+) and Accompanied Medical Escort & Transport (MET). Accompanied escort services also extends to our Ren Ci Nursing Home (NH) clients. Ren Ci Hospital is looking for interested vendors to provide HPC+ and MET services for Home Care clients and Accompanied Escort (AE) services for NH clients. HPC+ services include Module A (Housekeeping), Module B (Personal Care, including higher care tasks such as stoma care), and Module C (Custodial Support) for HC clients in their residential addresses. For HC MET and NH AE services, the escort will accompany HC or NH client from home address or NH address, to hospital/polyclinic, obtain prescriptions at pharmacy and back to original location. We are looking for vendors to provide HPC+ Modules A, B, C and MET for HC clients and AE for NH clients. The services are set to start from 01 February 2027 with an initial period of twenty -four (24) months, with an option to extend up to another 24 months. Pre-qualification criteria Vendors who current ly have at least five ( 5) years of operating experience providing Housekeeping services, HPC+ services, MET and/or AE services.
